Modique LLC ships clothing and accessories from Winston Salem, NC. This policy outlines our fulfillment process, delivery options, and related terms.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information when available.
Shipping methods & rates
Standard shipping (3-7 business days) is available at a flat rate of $8.95. Standard shipping is complimentary on qualifying orders of $150.00 or more before tax and discounts.
Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $18.95 at checkout.
Delivery areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items; if applicable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with carrier investigation.
