We want you to love your Modique pieces. If something is not quite right, this policy explains how to request a return or exchange within the eligible window.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.
- Final sale and clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Items showing wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings for hygiene reasons unless defective
How to start a return
Email hello@modiquellc.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
